Garmin Fishfinder 340c
Garmin's Fishfinder 340c is an invaluable gadget for the small commercial fisherman, or for those keen on team fishing excursions.
It has a range of technological features providing ease of use including a 12' square screen providing brilliant definition and colour which switches to a backlit 'dim' mode for night viewing. The Garmin Fishfinder 340c is suitable for freshwater fishing (using a dual-beam transducer) and for saltwater fishing (dual frequency function).
Compatible with the Garmin's Chartplotters, the Fishfinder 340c is also compatible with CANet™, a new Controller Area Network. Boat owners are thus able to read sonar displays wherever they are in the boat. Other features are a fish alarm denoting size, See-Thru technology, Odometer, NMEA sonar data output and the unit's interface also works in 15 languages.
